Melissa
Lee is a Senior Partner and top-producing agent with Century 21 Advantage
Realty, proudly serving the Somerset area and surrounding areas of Kentucky. A
lifelong resident of Somerset, Melissa has deep roots in the community and a
strong understanding of the local real estate market.

She
married her husband, Joel, in July of 1996, and together they have one
daughter. Melissa also enjoys the company of her orange and white cat, George.

Melissa and her husband are the owners of J&M Boat Storage, located on
Colyer Road near Woodson Bend Resort, where they offer both boat and
self-storage units. She is also the owner of Lee’s Construction, a successful
construction and remodeling company that has been in operation for more than 20
years. These professional experiences give Melissa valuable knowledge and
insight to help guide her clients through the buying and selling process.

Melissa proudly holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation,
allowing her to better serve active-duty service members, veterans, and their
families.

She is an active member of Rock Lick Baptist Church, where she serves on the

21 Advantage Realty team and is known for her professionalism, honesty,
accuracy, and commitment to continual growth. Melissa enjoys meeting new people
and guiding them through important life changes.
